In 2022, LEAD PMC designed a four-story residential building in Chowmuhani, Noakhali, for an extended family. The owners, two businessmen based in Singapore and a professional working for a multinational company, envisioned a home that would seamlessly combine family needs with modern architecture, aesthetics, and sustainable design principles. Understanding their aspirations, LEAD PMC delivered a thoughtfully planned and elegant residence that balances functionality, comfort, and visual appeal. The project was completed in line with the clients’ expectations, resulting in a design that met their requirements with a high level of satisfaction
