Pre-Design FAR Analysis & Development Potential Assessment

LEAD PMC conducted a pre-design FAR and development potential assessment for a 27.42-katha residential plot at Nandipara, Sabujbagh, Dhaka. The assessment reviewed applicable RAJUK DAP and planning provisions to identify the project’s indicative FAR, buildable area, development configuration, and residential unit potential. The study provides the client with a clear planning basis before proceeding to detailed architectural design and authority approval, supporting better decisions on development capacity, design planning, and project feasibility. Key Assessment: Indicative development of 2 Basement + Ground Floor + Mezzanine + 14 Upper Floors, with approximately 4 units per typical floor and an indicative unit size of 1,280 sq. ft., subject to final design and authority approval.
