Engr. Shahriar Hasan founded LEAD PMC with a single, clear mission to bring structured, process-driven project management to the construction industry in Bangladesh.
Having worked across the full spectrum of construction from large-scale industrial facilities and power plant infrastructure to embassies, pharmaceutical complexes, and urban residential buildings he witnessed firsthand how projects lose time, money, and quality simply due to the absence of a disciplined management layer.
LEAD PMC is his response to that gap. At its core is a belief that great construction outcomes are not accidental; they are engineered through clear planning, consistent process, and proactive coordination at every stage.
